So you are wanting cosmetic or paramedical tattooing done?!
Great! There are just a few things to go over before your appointment.The ideal candidate is not pregnant, breastfeeding, or on blood thinners. If you are interested in Lip Blush and you get cold sores, you must start taking a preventative prescription two days prior to appointment. Please get this prescription from your primary physician. No blood thinners (including ibuprofen) or alcohol 24 hours before appointment!If you are on retinol, please discontinue use 6 weeks before appointment if you are having microblading done.If you are unsure if you are an ideal candidate please check below for FAQs. FAQs
How many sessions do I need?
If you have never had a procedure done, you will always need two sessions (6-8 weeks apart). The second touch up appointment gives me the ability to add color to any areas that may have faded and it allows you the ability to make suggestions if you want slight adjustments to shape and/or color.
Only exception is Scar Camouflage which can take multiple sessions.
I do not offer free touch ups! I charge by the session unless otherwise discussed.
What is the maintenance?
I recommend an annual touch up to maintain your new brows shape and color. Lip blush should be touched up every two years. Paramedical tattooing on a TBD procedure basis.

How long is my appointment?
Most appointments are booked out for 2 hours. We do 30 minutes of numbing first to make the procedure as comfortable as possible for you. After numbing is complete, I will map your brows by measuring and marking points around your eyebrows. Brow mapping is used to create symmetry between both brows by measuring your brows and eyes to find the most even shape for your face. Then the procedure can be anywhere from 45 minutes to 90 minutes.
What type of brow is right for me?
If you are unsure about what style of brow you would like, please book a consultation. We can also discuss options at your first Microblading appointment.
Do I need to book a consult?
No! You do not need a consult prior to booking. However if you are unsure and have more questions, please do. Most consults last about 15 minutes and gives us the opportunity to discuss what to expect, options, pricing and any questions you may have before committing to a procedure.
Is it painful?
I use prescription strength numbing and apply it to the area for 30 minutes prior to the procedure. I will also continue to apply numbing throughout the procedure to try and make you as comfortable and pain free as possible. Everyone is different, many clients feel no pain while others experience mild discomfort.
Do I need to wax my brows before hand?
It is not necessary but is helpful!
